Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?
- We try to package our orders as soon as possible once they have been placed; that being said, as soon as you realize you need to change something about your order, please email us at sophie@shopsimplythebest.com.
- STB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST / STOLEN UPON DELIVERY.
What is your return policy?
- CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

- From the date you receive your package, you have 2 weeks to postmark it back to/return it back to STB in order to receive a full refund for your items. Unfortunately, as our stock moves quickly, we cannot guarantee a refund after that.
- If your items have been used or worn, they will not be refunded.
- If your package or merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and contact us immediately at sophie@shopsimplythebest.com.
