Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?
- We try to pull orders for shipping (see shipping timelines here) as soon as possible once they have been placed; that being said, as soon as you realize you need to change something about your order, please email us at sophie@shopsimplythebest.com.
- STB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST / STOLEN UPON DELIVERY.
What is your return policy?
- CUSTOM PIECES ARE FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned/exchanged.
- STB ORIGINALS ARE FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned/exchanged.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. (This means any items marked as 'CLEARANCE' or any items 30% or more marked off.)
- FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE.
- CANDLES & FRAGRANCES ARE FINAL SALE.
- STB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO ITEMS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AND WORN / USED.
- From the date you receive your package/make your purchase in-store, you have 2 weeks to postmark it back to/return it to STB in order to receive store credit for your order. Unfortunately, as our stock moves quickly, we cannot guarantee store credit after that.
- If your items have been used, damaged, or worn, they will not be accepted for a return/exchange.
- If your package or merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and contact us immediately at sophie@shopsimplythebest.com.
