Are you hiring/how do I apply to work here?

  • Not at this time - this is a one-person operation and we aren't currently looking to expand. Thank you for your interest!

What's so special about Simply the Best?

  • We're a woman-owned, hands-on small business. What does this mean? We sift through potential pieces before finding and curating the best of the best apparel and accessories the internet has to offer. Not only that, but we are here to help you feel most beautiful in your own skin - what we offer simply amplifies the beauty within.

How should I wash my clothing?

  • It's best to consult the tags attached to each individual piece as they are all made by different vendors, but a general rule of thumb would be to hand wash - when in doubt, hand-wash. We cannot accept clothing returns once they have been worn/washed.

What are your shipping options?

  • We ship our packages using the USPS, as this seems to be the most reliable option at this time. If you have any concerns with your package arriving on time, please let us know!

Where are you based?

  • We are based in MD, USA.

Do you ship outside the USA?

  • Not at this time - but we are working on it! If you are located outside the United States and are interested in shopping with us, let us know! It helps us gauge public interest.  :)

Are you size-inclusive in your apparel?

Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?

  • We try to package our orders as soon as possible once they have been placed; that being said, as soon as you realize you need to change something about your order, please email us at sophie@shopsimplythebest.com.

Will my order be shipped the same day that it is placed?

  • Depending on what shipping option you select, your order will be shipped 2-6 business days after it is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will most likely be shipped once the working week resumes.
  • Due to the new & bustling nature of opening our first physical location and working with a single-person staff behind this shop, some online orders may be delayed in shipping out. Shoot us a message if you need your order in a specific amount of time, and thank you in advance for your understanding & patience!

What is your return policy?

  • From the date you receive your package, you have 2 weeks to postmark it back to STB in order to receive a full refund for your items. Unfortunately, as our stock moves quickly, we cannot guarantee a refund after that.
